Nordic flooring did a fabulous job on our floors in West Chester PA. They refinished the floors in our living room, dining room, first floor hallway, second floor hallway and closet, 2 bedrooms on our second floor and a bedroom closet. We could not be happier with their work and highly recommend them. They are still easy to work with extremely professional. We will hire them again for all of our flooring needs.

A great experience. Using Nordic Hardwood Flooring to restore a large staircase was the best decision we made. John and his entire staff were professional and the person who schedules, Melissa is thorough and keeps the customer updated. The staircase was restored to its original condition which was a difficult task. From all aspects of this project, the Estimator to the final coat, a real pleasure to deal with a great company. Highly recommend Nordic and they will remain our hardwood floor specialist.

Our experience with Nordic was as good as it gets. Nordic was recommended to us by a friend who is another of their satisfied customers. Their front office scheduler was very responsive and friendly on the phone. Their estimator was very professional and knowledgeable. The got back to me quickly with a very competitive quote. Once we decided to go with them, they got us right onto their calendar. They were pleasant and prompt, arriving each day on schedule. They were quick and efficient on the job site, yet thorough. They responded immediately to text messages even after hours. No question or request bothered them. They finished on schedule despite a snowstorm. Our floors are beautiful! We couldn't be happier.

We recently had a paint versus carpet and hardwood floor incident. The new owners of Nordic, John and Mel, were very pleasant to deal with. Mel came herself to measure since she was able to come sooner than their usual person. Estimate came in a couple days. John came on a Friday evening after work and kindly sanded a section of the floor and showed me sample areas of different stains so I could decide which one I wanted. Although it's impossible to get all the dust from sanding the floors as it gets everywhere, I was impressed with how little there was. Our floors look beautiful, and everyone thinks they look brand new. We even have a friend who used to lay hardwood floors say they did a good job. And price was reasonable. Very happy with them!

I had a wonderful experience with Nordic. My neighbor recommended them to me when I was first looking to refinish my flooring. After doing some calling around to other friends in west chester, I was shocked at how many people have used Nordic and how all were so pleased. Making the appointment for the estimate could have been difficult due to my work hours, but they were so flexible and saw me that week. During the estimate Jim had expressed to me that my current flooring was in terrible shape. He explained that in order to save the floor, the nails needed to be set and filled prior to sanding and refinishing. When he agreed to do this, I was sold. No other floor company would go through this kind of effort!! They helped me pick a stain that would keep the original look and work with my house. They also sanded and prepped my deck for free after thanking me for being a good customer... Talk about a company that gives back!! The floors are absolutely beautiful, and I will continue going back to this company. I just couldn't be happier. You should definitely call Nordic!

Nordic recently refinished the original oak hardwood flooring in our entire home (4 bedrooms, hallway, stairs, dining and living rooms). It was a huge project, but Nordic was professional and did a lovely job. I could not believe how they were able to "fix" the yellow/orange huge of my 1960's flooring. We could not be more pleased with the results. On their first day, John sanded part of my floor and put down 4 different stains so that I could choose the one I liked the best.

Melissa, who handles the scheduling, was very responsive and let me know when John and the men would be stopping by to work on our home. Nordic was recommended to me by a friend, and I would also recommend them to anyone looking to refinish their flooring! Great service!

What beautiful floors! Nordic just completed the third job in our 30-year-old home. The first two meant reclaiming aged oak flooring that had some pretty tough water and pet stains. (Three years later they look just like new). Then the second installation: three bedrooms refinished. Finally, this week a 20 X 20 family room add-on completely renovated with new laminate floors. 
Nordic is an old company--that means trustworthy consultations--no bologna estimates, good recommendations about all the options and finally professional installers. The two who did this last job have been with the company 15 years each! that says a lot about reliability.

The floors look wonderful. The workmen were on time everyday and extremely courteous. They were very concerned that the floor color matched as closely as possible. They did the best job EVER!!!!! This is the second time we have used this company and they were every bit as good the first time. We would not use any other company to have our floors refinished.

Nordic did a great job for us. They refinished our old, battered, yellow pine floors beautifully. The guys on the job were polite and the details such as repairs and shoe moulding around the perimeter of the floors were done expertly.

The new owner John refinished the floors in my kitchen and living/dining room over the summer. Wow, amazing job and reasonably priced! The kitchen had previously been covered by 3 layers of peel and stick vinyl, so I was thrilled to see the end result...the original hardwood has been given a new life! I worked with Melissa for the estimate, scheduling, etc...super friendly and very helpful! Highly recommended!

We called Nordic Flooring to have a very old and stained wood dining room floor refurbished. The staff was personable, kind, and worked with our schedule to get the work done as soon as possible. The staff couldn't have been more customer-facing and respectful! Our dining room floor was done on March 11th, and we couldn't be happier! I didn't think that our very old dining room floor could be refurbished to looking like a brand-new hardwood floor! I was dumbfounded and amazed! The workers and staff were friendly and highly professional, plus the new owner has worked on flooring for over 30 years, loves working with flooring, and it shows! When you love your job, and have been doing that work for decades, it pays off for the customer! Thank you, Nordic Flooring!

We have a house that's 250 years old, and the floors needed a lot of work -- and loving care. Nordic Floors did a fantastic job on the floors. They brought out all the nice coloring of the original wood. They were careful, clean, professional, and timely. The pricing was good, and the quality was very high. I would use them again, and I recommend Nordic Floors to others.

Nordic has new owners - Melissa and Johnny - and I highly recommend them. Melissa handles the phone calls and the bookings and is as personable as can be! She was extremely responsive via phone, email and text. Jim came out to do measurements, and then the job was quickly scheduled. Her husband Johnny and his team do the actual flooring. They are experienced, efficient, and knowledgeable and they did a terrific job. They have done two rooms in our home now and will absolutely be who we call next time around.

I found out that custom borders with your hardwood floor add a little zest to any room. I was skeptical at first but was thrilled with the final product! John is very knowledgeable in this field and works hard to finish the job on time and with as little interference to your schedule as possible. I would certainly use them again!!

We have worked with Nordic for the past few years, on a few different properties. Very knowledgeable and got us great prices on material. The guys that came out were incredibly detail oriented, skilled tradesman. I Would highly recommend them for any and all hardwood flooring needs. They will surpass expectations.
